special orders
If there is something we have made before, or if you have a special request, please don't hesitate to call and set up an order. We will mail items to you if you are not in the area or if you would like to send a gift.
pick-ups
If you would like to swing by and pick up a few items we have pulled for you in advance, we invite you to call ahead of time.
Please note that preparation times can vary greatly; we will confirm with you a time when your purchase will be ready for pick up.

to place an order
Call us with your request with at least 48 hours notice at 415.399.1155. Be sure to provide us with a telephone number where you can be easily reached. We will designate a pick-up time that is convenient for you. Prepayment is required, so please have your credit card and billing information handy.
When you arrive to pick up your order, go directly to our cashier to receive your purchase. Your order will have already been paid for, but please show our cashier your ID or purchasing credit card.
In the case that you've arranged for someone else to pick up your purchase, please let us know their name ahead of time and ask them to bring their ID to verify your order.
billing information required for pick-ups and preorders
- A complete credit card number for Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
- The corresponding expiration date
- The card's billing address
- The card's security code
For Visa and MasterCard users, the security code is the 3-digit number printed directly on the signature panel on the back of your card.
The security code for American Express users is the 4 digits printed on the front of your card above and to the right of the main credit card number.
