Please join us for a special dinner on Wednesday, October 28th with visiting farmer, Jude Becker, featuring his Becker Lane organic pork.
Since 2000, Jude Becker has been raising certified organic pigs on his farm in Iowa. His farm provides organic feeds, straw and the pastures to raise his pigs, traditional Chester White and Berkshire breeds.
The meal, which will feature Becker Lane's fresh pork legs, will be designed and elaborated by chef Amaryll Schwertner. Wine pairings will be served to accompany the meal.
The meal will be served at our communal table seating, so invite a friend and come prepared to make new ones.
