Boulettes Larder invites you to a special evening dinner to benefit Terra Madre, a meeting of world Slow Food communities.

Chef Amaryll Schwertner will prepare the cuisine of her Eastern European heritage in Boulettes Larder's intimate open kitchen. Select wines choosen by Ceri Smith of Biondivino. Don't miss this rare opportunity to share in a private evening dinner at Boulettes.

Proceeds will help Eastern European farmers and producers attend the biennial Terra Madre conference this year. Special guest will be Lilia Smelkova, coordinator for all 500 Eastern European delegates. Lilia will be on hand to answer questions about how Terra Madre has created a network of sustainable farmers in Hungary, Russia, Bulgaria, Poland, and Slovenia.
