In the evening, Boulettes Larder becomes a peaceful, intimate, private restaurant. An elegant table, for up to 24 guests, is set with crystal stemware, silver table service, handmade Belgian linens, candlelight and floral arrangements from Bomarzo.
A menu, custom designed and prepared by chef Amaryll Schwertner is the focal point of the evening. Chef Schwertner designs the menu that day, drawing on her long standing relationships with local farmers, herders and fishermen, to source and serve the highest quality seasonal, organic ingredients.
For the host or hostess that wants to provide a unique culinary experience for their guests, Boulettes Larder is the ideal choice.

Our portions are designed as a traditional and generous multi-course meal and not as a "tasting menu".
Chef Schwertner is happy to accommodate dietary concerns, (kosher, allergies, vegetarian) as well as the tone of the evening (business, celebratory, salon), in planning the menu.
wine
You are encouraged to bring special wines to share with your guests. Boulettes Larder does not charge a corkage fee. We are also happy to procure wines on your behalf.

Price per person is $175. Service (20%) and state tax (9.5%) are additional
Additional courses may be added upon request and are priced per person.
Weekdays (Sun-Thurs) there is a $1650 minimum.
Fridays and Saturdays there is a $2150 minimum.
Hostess gifts and guest gifts are available by prearrangement.
